Rootara is a wellness protocol builder platform designed for holistic health coaches and practitioners. The Service allows coaches to create, manage, and share wellness programs with their clients. Rootara is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the protocols and content you create using the Service.

Rootara does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not endorse or take responsibility for any third-party content shared through the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rootara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
