If you purchased the Rootara Lifetime Deal and are not satisfied within 7 days of your purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund of your one-time payment. Because Rootara provides a free trial before purchase, refund eligibility is limited to 7 days from the date of payment. For monthly subscriptions, you may request a refund within 7 days of your most recent charge. For annual subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your annual renewal date.
